Using The Pool

The Pool connects candidates with employers in the hospitality sector. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. Candidate-specific and employer-specific terms are also presented and must be accepted during sign up.

Accounts

You're responsible for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately at support@jointhepool.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

Content you upload — including photos, videos, job listings, and profile information — must be accurate and belong to you. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or misrepresent identity, qualifications, or job opportunities.

Payments

Employers may purchase access to candidate pools, job postings, or other paid features as described on the Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use The Pool after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
